  1. Non-Refundable: All monuments, grave markers, and customized items are made-to-order and cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to review your design and inscription details carefully before submitting your order.
  2. Corrections: If there is an error in the inscription or design that deviates from your final approved submission, please notify us within 15 business days of delivery. We will correct the error at no additional cost to you.
  1. Cancellations: Services such as installation, lettering, engraving, cleaning, restoration, and repairs may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service date. If canceled timely, a full refund will be issued.
